This tool can be used one of two ways. Utilizing Java WebStart by clicking the JWS link above, or by saving it to disk and running it from there, by saving the JAR link above to your hard drive. You must have Java installed, at least version 1.5 (also known as Java Standard Edition 5.0) If you don't, please visit this page, and install it.
The JWS link is designed to work through Java Web Start, however it loses some functionality. It is strongly recommended you right-click/save the JAR file to your computer, then run it. For help with this tool, see this link or this training video in either MPEG(8MB) or SWF format.
